Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Aries Home & Office Service Inc. ("Aries"). By booking a service you agree to them.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the scope or condition differs significantly on arrival, we will discuss any change in price with you before continuing.
Booking, rescheduling and cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or lockouts may be charged a fee, which we will confirm when you book.
Access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the property, working utilities, and to secure pets and valuables. We may decline work we believe is unsafe.
Satisfaction
If you're not satisfied with part of the service, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no extra cost.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major cards and e-Transfer.
Liability
Please report any damage within 24 hours of service so we can investigate. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Ontario law.
