Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement

Each job has a written agreement including scope, cost, timelines, cancellation, change orders, and acceptance criteria.

Deposit & Payment

  • Deposits (e.g., 20–50%) may be required for larger jobs.

  • Payment methods accepted: e-transfer, credit card, debit, direct bank transfer.

  • Full payment is due upon completion or per milestones.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled time.

  • Less than 24 hours: 25% cancellation fee.

  • No-show with no notice: 50% charge.

  • Rescheduling: subject to staff availability; flexibility is prioritized.

Liability & Insurance

  • We carry liability insurance.

  • Clients must disclose hazards (pets, fragile items, stairs, restricted access).

  • Any damage not caused by negligence must be documented.

Scope Changes / Extra Work

  • If a client requests additional tasks not in the original scope, we provide a change order with extra cost before proceeding.

  • No hidden add-ons or surprise fees.

Satisfaction Guarantee / Correction Period

  • If a client reports an issue within 48 hours, we will return to correct it (if within scope).

  • Guarantee does not cover new damage from use or unrelated issues.

Warranty / Maintenance Terms

  • For repairs and construction, certain work may come with a limited warranty (e.g., 30 days workmanship).

  • Clients must maintain routine upkeep.
