Amazing customer service !They gave me Great service and over all they’re a nice company to work with. I was thrown off by the reviews at first after i read the responses , i still decided to give them a try because the prices seem reasonable. But after experiencing their professionalism on the phone and in person , i was quite impressed. I highly recommend. Keep up the good work guys.

The cleaning job itself was relatively good. It’s everything else that was terrible. Lack of communication between the company and the cleaner, so the add-ons I paid for were not done. (Note: you’ll be paying extra for a LOT of things) The long distance travel fee is ridiculous considering they don’t list an address on their site, so the customer has no idea what will be considered a long distance. And then having 3 different people call me throughout the cleaning and after for various reasons was also not ideal.
It’s also very telling that rather than addressing customer concerns, they reply to reviews with vitriol and fabricate very odd stories about the experience and then say they’re placing you on a ban list. Lol! Btw, who is Komal? I think you replied to the wrong person, which is expected from such an unprofessional and unorganized company.

I recently hired Aries Home & Office service for a thorough cleaning of my apartment, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. The team was professional, courteous, and highly efficient. They arrived on time and wasted no time getting to work.
The quality of the cleaning was exceptional. They cleaned every corner of my apartment, leaving it spotless and fresh. The attention to detail was impressive, from the sparkling windows to the spotless floors. They even managed to remove stubborn stains that I thought were permanent.
Communication with Aries was smooth and straightforward. Booking an appointment was easy, and they were very responsive to my queries. I appreciated their flexibility in accommodating my preferred time slot.
